Autumn Show

Banstead Horticultural Society invited us to enter exhibits in their Autumn Show this year. We were delighted to be able to make a strong contribution to a highly successful event.

Curly Kale

Kale is very fashionable these days but curly kale crops well, and early, tastes sweeter, and looks great!

Early carrot crop

Early carrot crop picked today. This is Amsterdam Forcing which can be planted later than Early Nantes and still be ready for harvesting in July.

Strawberries in the allotment

It looks like the allotment is bursting with strawberries this year! Top Tip: to hold back spoiling, don't wash them with water until just before you're ready to eat them.
